- Although every effort will be made to keep appointment times, they may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as heavy traffic and adverse weather conditions.
- Sarah Ellis Freelance Hair Design reserves the right to refuse services if it is deemed that there are unsafe working conditions.
- Sarah Ellis Freelance Hair Design may refuse a service that, in the stylist’s opinion, is not in the best interests of the client i.e. colouring severely damaged hair.
- Sarah Ellis Freelance Hair Design reserves the right to cancel or postpone any booked service due to illness or misadventure that could occur. In such an event Sarah Ellis Freelance Hair Design will always endeavor to rearrange the appointment where possible.
